The General Lock L270S-360 613 C 234 S ANSI Classroom Leverset is a heavy-duty cylindrical leverset engineered for moderate to heavy traffic interior doors. This mechanism features an advanced 360-degree clutched rotation system combined with an internal clutch design. When the handle is locked via key control, the exterior lever breaks away to turn freely up or down a full 360 degrees. Operating under a dedicated Classroom Function, the outside handle can only be locked or unlocked using a key from the exterior. The inside handle always remains completely free and unlocked, guaranteeing immediate, unhindered egress from within the room at all times.

Featuring the modern S-Lever (Straight Lever) design and equipped with a SCHL-C (Schlage C) keyway, making it compatible with standard Schlage C key systems and master key programs. Supplied with a standard 2-3/4" Backset and a heavy-duty Square Corner ANSI latch and strike configuration, serving as an ideal drop-in solution for standard hollow metal or commercial wood door preps.
