The General Lock CX3700-OH-90-HO-S is a complete, heavy-duty Overhead Concealed (OHC) Door Closer Package designed for reliable door control in high-traffic environments. Hidden entirely inside the frame header transom, this overhead concealed closer eliminates the bulky look of surface-mounted units.

This comprehensive kit comes fully loaded, including the heavy-duty cast iron closer body, specialized mounting hardware, and a Side Load Arm. Features an adjustable Size 1-4 spring strength and a built-in 90° hold-open function. The integrated hold-open feature allows the door to remain open at approximately 90 degrees until manually released, providing convenient access. Adjustable spring power sizing from 1 to 4, customizable to accommodate a wide range of door sizes and opening requirements. The CX3700 series helps reduce door slamming, minimize wear on door hardware, and improve overall door control.
